Gradually add the ice water, a tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Shape the dough into a disc, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Make the Berry Filling: In another bowl, toss together the raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, sugar, blackberry whisky, and cornstarch until well combined.

  • Assemble the Mini Galettes: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Using a knife, cut out rough circles of dough (About 4 inches around). Place a 1/4 cup of the mixed berry filling in the center of each circle. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, creating a small border. Brush the edges of the galettes with milk for a golden finish. Sprinkle raw sugar over folded crust.
